Food for thought: how well does your website speak to your ideal clients?
Your website is your internet home. Is your home inviting or is it chaotic? Does it showcase your professionalism and uniqueness that only you offer? Or does it look like every other cookie-cutter coaching website (or worse, a DIY-mess)?

As a coach who is also a website designer for coaches and healers, I’ve often witnessed the overwhelm new (and even experienced coaches) face when it comes to website projects.
From what I’ve seen, this is the case whether the website project becomes a DIY or fully custom endeavor, and my objective is to change that.
One of the greatest causes of overwhelm is figuring out what copy to replace the lorem ipsum (aka gibberish) copy with. And so I provide you with copy prompts, resources to generate solid copy, and a check-in call to make sure that you’re set up for success. This alone reduces the lion’s share of overwhelm.

Working with a base design means that you won’t be left feeling overwhelmed by a blank canvas or wondering what your finished site will look like.
And while we’ll start with a base design, you’re free to change things up.
Depending on the changes you’d like to make, there may be an additional fee. But we will always discuss this first so that there aren’t any dysregulating surprises.
Note that all base designs include swapping out the defaults with the your brand’s colors and fonts.*
*If you want a custom font that’s not in Google’s or Adobe’s Squarespace repository, you will be responsible for purchasing the appropriate web license.

Your website will come with a few short videos showing you how to update your site when YOU want to change it up, as Squarespace sites rarely require maintenance.
In general, I emphasize design elements that are simple to update without “breaking” anything and that can be easily replicated. And for elements that might require a bit of finessing during an update, we’ll discuss whether you’d rather swap them out for those that don’t.

1 - You’ll complete an inquiry and schedule a call to discuss your project.
2 - During our call, we’ll explore your project in depth, and you’ll be encouraged to ask questions.
3 - I’ll follow our call with a proposal within 24 hours.
4 - You’ll sign an agreement and pay your deposit to secure your spot.
Pricing & details
Base price: $3,000 USD ($2,500 if you already have branding that works with your chosen design)
Add-ons: Additional pages, premium customizations to the base design, branded image curation, etc.
Basic branding: This is included in the base price.
Plugins: Plugins included in the base design are included. I use plugins for some of my accordions, table of contents (blog posts), menus, etc.
Here’s my process:
You’ll complete a Content Planner that simplifies the creation of high-impact copy, images, and SEO. You’ll also provide login details via 1Password for accounts you want embedded.
I’ll share exactly what to provide, with resources to help and timelines for staying on track.
Then, I’ll build your site, add your SEO, & finalize it with you…all in one week.
Basic branding includes*:
Text logo: A simple text-based logo, favicon, and watermark
Typography: Font pairings; one each for headings, text, and accents
Brand colors: Five colors ranging from light to dark that vibe well with your design, brand, and images
